Is James LeBron James the GOAT?
Is LeBron James the GOAT?
LeBron James just won his fourth NBA championship.
After an injury-prone season in his first year as a member of the Los Angeles Lakers, he delivered his promise this year. Returning the lost glory of the franchise and his damn respect.
But the bigger picture on this is the resurrection of the Greatest of All Time (GOAT) debate.
Will it change the view of the fans on who is the greatest NBA player of all time?
Does his fourth championship overtake Michael Jordan’s legacy?
James is no longer interested in whether who is.
In their post-championship interview, James elaborated on how much he loves Michael Jordan that he wears number 23 because of Jordan. He said that people can do the debate.
Already in his 17th season, criticism never left James’ side. From day one up until this moment people are still finding ways to put him down and to disregard him as one of the greatest ever to ever set foot in the league.
Built differently, the ‘Chosen One’ proved all the critics wrong and displayed his greatness once again.
At the age of 35, people were talking that he is already washed, slow, and all. But James turned all of these into his motivation en route to win another title and his fourth NBA Finals MVP.
The debate will probably last for generations to come. But the one thing is for sure, LeBron James is one if not the greatest to ever play basketball.
Four-time NBA Champion, four-time Finals MVP, four-time regular-season MVP, 16-time All-Star, three-time All-Star MVP, five-time first All-Defensive team, 13x first All-NBA team.
Well, those are just some of his achievements, not to mention he is both on the top 10 scorings and assist of all time.
That’s insane, right?
James is also an achiever outside basketball. His impact on the community is just as strong as he is when playing.
So who is the real GOAT? Well, you all can do the debate in the comment section below!
PS: NOTE. PLS make it more into videos. Try to find a way to make it like that so that it’ll be more appealing. As well, match what the voice-over is saying on what is being flashed on the video. Thanks a lot!

Ty Lue to take over Clippers’ coaching job
After blowing a 3-1 series lead against the Denver Nuggets in the playoffs held at the NBA bubble in Orlando, Florida, the Los Angeles Clippers parted ways with head coach Doc Rivers.
Taking up what’s left is former Cleveland Cavaliers tactician Tyronn Lue.
The Clippers officially announced that Lue will be the new head coach of the squad which have superstars Kawhi Leonard and Paul George.
Lue is not new in handling superstars or dynamic duo as he formerly coached LeBron James and Kyrie Irving in Cleveland where he won a title in 2016.
However, his luck seems to run out after James and departed. Lue just won one game and was replaced.
He then became the assistant coach of the Clippers. The expectations were high for the other half of the LA team in the previous season as they were the favorite to win the championship but exited in the second round.
Lue now has to do what Rivers failed to achieve, win another title.
The Clippers are full of very good defensive players in every position. Chemistry is what they are lacking.
It is indeed a daunting task especially after their half-brother the Los Angeles Lakers took home the Larry O’Brien trophy led by their superstars LeBron James and Anthony Davis.
Can Ty Lue lives up to the expectation?

Top Free Agents in the NBA right now
Top Free Agents in the NBA right now.
As we inch closer to the possible December 22 start for the NBA season 2020-2021, we listed down the top free agents available in the market right now.
These players will have a huge impact and had an outstanding last season that caught the other teams' interests.
Without further ado, let's go into it.
1. Fred VanVleet
The two-way guard of the Toronto Raptors continued to shine last season. After playing a significant role during their championship run in 2019, VanVleet elevated his game further, averaging 17.6 points and 6.6 assists per game. The absence of Kawhi Leonard made VanVleet, the former back-up guard of Kyle Lowry, become one of Toronto's leader.
Head Coach Nick Nurse stated that they have no intention of trading VanVleet, but he is a free agent. If other teams offered him a more significant contract than Toronto can give, he might have switch team. We never know, but one sure thing is that many teams are courting VanVleet right now.
2. Montrezl Harrell
The energetic big man and the Sixth Man of the Year awardee had his contract expired. He might choose to stay with the Los Angeles Clippers with its new head coach or find another team. Harrell called himself the modern Dennis Rodman. He is a workhorse inside the paint, and he brings energy every time he comes in.
His impact will be huge to any team, especially teams lacking production from the big man, whether offense or defense.
However, he had a poor playoff performance that hurt his value on the market. Factors came to play during that run for Harrell as he missed several games due to his grandmother's passing.
Will the offseason cleared his head and is back to his old self already? Harrell is an excellent fit because of his ability to defend and score.
3. Camelo Anthony
The future hall of fame made a remarkable NBA comeback last season playing for the Portland Trail Blazers. During his half a year stay with them, Anthony was able to showcase that he has gas left and can be efficient, especially in scoring.
The 36-year old forward played the started role in Portland and had several clutch baskets in the season. Many had written him off, but Anthony proved that he still belongs in the league.
His mid-range game can be beneficial in teams struggling with one-on-one scoring. Carmelo Anthony can score despite being guarded by two. He will bully defenders in a one-on-one post matchup.
Although the league is in a new era wherein three-points are the new slamdunk, Anthony's mid-range game was still significant. He can give a bucket anytime when he is left on an island with only one defender.
Aside from his scoring, Anthony can bring leadership to the team and teach the young generations.
4. Danilo Gallinari
Gallinari is a very underrated player. He was a big part of the Clippers run in the playoffs in 2019 and the Oklahoma City Thunder last season.
They weren't expected to reach the playoffs, but they did.
Gallinari is a pure bucket, just like Anthony. He is a floor spacer with his three-point shooting. He can give at least 15 points per game on any given night.
Gallinari is also a good passer.
These players are the big catch in this year's free agency.
And with the season about to start, teams must already work their way to their desired players.

NBA Plans to Open Season on Dec 22,2020
NBA players believe the season will start in December
Anonymous NBA players are reportedly in the firm belief that the next NBA season will start on December 22, three days before Christmas.
There are two possible dates for the next start, December and January. However, players believe that the December start is now inevitable.
On a layout released by the Athletics NBA;
Training camps will start on December 1.
Three-four preseason games will be played.
72 regular-season games. Instead of the usual 82.
14 back-to-back games. For all the 30 teams.
Regular season to end in May.
Playoffs will start in the third week of May.
July is the target finish of the season.
Meanwhile, if the league decided to start in January, regular-season games will be cut to 60.
According to some sources, they are already convinced that more than two-thirds of the teams have a three-month layoff for the December start. Long enough to prepare for the upcoming season.
However, what will be the consolation to those teams who reached the playoffs, especially the finals?
While there is still no answer to this, I'm sure that the NBA will adjust and consider these teams.
The players association and the NBA are expected to vote for the format and date of the start.
Sadly, fans will still be prohibited from entering arenas as the pandemic has yet to end.
Other teams are slowly getting back in training. The Golden State Warriors, who were eliminated in the regular season, started early on their camp. They even held a scrimmage once.
For other concerns, teams are quickly making their move to acquire players available in the market.
The Philadelphia 76ers are reportedly trying to pursue James Harden of the Houston Rockets despite the team not issuing any trade sign.
Jrue Holiday of the New Orleans Pelican has become available for trade as well.
The upcoming season is already a big task for both the league and the players. But despite being under pressure, they are working together to start another journey after overcoming the successful NBA bubble.

Milwaukee Bucks hauling critical players in trade season
Milwaukee Bucks hauling critical players in trade season
The Milwaukee Bucks aggressively own the free agency and trade season to prepare to conquer further than what they achieved last season.
As the trade and free agency began, the Bucks instantly added two players to their rosters, namely Jrue Holiday from the New Orleans Pelicans and Bogdan Bogdanovic from Sacramento Kings.
The Holiday is the biggest catch for the Bucks. The former All-Star will be a reliable backup and tandem for the reigning back-to-back NBA MVP Giannis Antetokoumnpo, as well as his long-time partner and also an All-Star Khris Middleton.
He averaged 19.1 points and 6.7 assists per game in the recently concluded season.
The Bucks had high hopes last season. However, they were overpowered by the underdog Miami Heat in the second round of the playoffs.
Making addition is the best way to make them a better team than last season.
Aside from his scoring, Holiday will be a significant impact on the defensive end. The athletic guard has been named twice in the All-Defensive First Team of the NBA.
The Bucks sent away Eric Bledsoe, George Hill, and the team's future first-round picks in exchange.
Despite the disparity in quantity, Holiday is a boost to the squad.
In terms of spreading the floor, three-point specialist Bogdan Bogdanovic will be one of the reliable players to go on.
The young Serbian has proved his sweet shooting touch with the Kings, and it will help create space for Antetokoumnpo to operate inside the paint.
This addition will make the Bucks starting five even deadlier. However, the bench must able to produce well to make them very useful.
The deals come at the beginning of a critical offseason for the Bucks, who have had the best record in the league each of the past two years but have failed to reach the NBA Finals. Two-time reigning MVP Giannis Antetokounmpo is eligible to sign a super-max contract extension before the upcoming season. The franchise has made it a top priority to surround its superstar with the talent to convince him to stay in Milwaukee long-term.
If Antetokounmpo declines to sign an extension, he will become a free agent next summer, when he would undoubtedly be the top prize on the market
Please note; this is only the start of the trade season; the Bucks can still lure some role players in a bid to their championship dream.

Stephen Curry gets own brand with Under Armour
Stephen Curry gets his brand with Under Armour.
Stephen Curry is continuously piling up the milestone on his remarkable NBA career after Under Armour announced that they would release a separate Curry brand.
Sounds familiar? This is what Nike did to Michael Jordan in 1997; they gave him his Jordan Brand.
According to UA Chief Executive Patrik Frisk, they are looking to launch the brand's new line before starting the new NBA season, which will begin on December 22.
Curry has been with the brand since 2013, the year he began to change the NBA.
Under Armour rocketed in apparel and shoes thanks to the charisma and talent of the two-time NBA MVP. This time, the brand is looking to make Curry the brand's face for a long time.
Meanwhile, LeBron James congratulated Curry on social media.
"Congrats, man!! Super dope and inspiring!!" he commented.
Under Armour was near Nike as a competitor.
But since Curry laced them up, their revenues went up high and global.
Curry brand will feature shoes and clothes not only for men but also for women. Basketball and golf apparel will be widely available when it makes its debut.
This is because Curry loves golf aside from basketball.
