Heightened COVID protocols to be lay down once again in NBA

Due to the continuous rise of COVID-19 cases, the NBA decided to elevate its protocols
to provide more safety for everyone.
The Chicago Bulls suspended their two games after 10 players were ruled under the
safety protocols of the Association, and such scenario is what the league doesn’t want
to happen.
Thus, more frequent usage of facemask is being imposed. Players should wear mask
for all the team’s activities except when they are playing.
Mandatory testing before game days will also be implemented starting December 26.
Booster shots are also being encouraged as those who had already received their
additional shot for 14 days will be exempted for the testing.
This is a major development in US as other pro leagues in the world are starting to get
back to normalcy again.
